Dear Team Drive Performance,

I would like to take this opportunity to express our sincere congratulations to the Team Drive Performance program. After witnessing the disappointment in our local program we were concerned about the ability for our son to be able to improve his game at a higher level. But after\ witnessing the coaching that he and the rest of the team was receiving during game conditions from the very first game in this program our fears were washed away.

As a Park District coach who ABSOLUTELY believes that teaching is the goal of coaching I must say that it was refreshing to see 3 coaches on this team who believed in the same philosophy. The instant feedback during game conditions that the team received was not only a confirmation of what they were learning inside the training facility but also more effective as the players were able to understand the lessons clearly during game situations.

Our thanks go out to Team Drive Performance and it's coaching staff and I would encourage anyone who wishes to see their son improve to consider trying out for this program. We will continue to be a part of this team for as long as age allows.

Thank you for the great season. I really enjoyed seeing the team jell which was due in large part to the way that you guys ran this team. The instruction was excellent and it was great to see this team grow. It was obvious to me and my wife, and to the team, that you guys did this because you love to be around the game. Too often facilities create these teams to make additional money, it was very apparent that you all did this for the right reasons. A direct quote from my son "I wish we could all play together year round as a team." To be able to take a group of 15 year old boys from at least 5 different high schools and have them play for each other is a testament to the great job that all of you did. I believe every single player on this team learned more about the game, improved their skills, but most importantly had a great time doing it. Thanks to everyone at Drive Performance.
